  22.           Text widget. The sign of the number is interpreted according
  23.           to the value of the _X_m_N_l_a_y_o_u_t_D_i_r_e_c_t_i_o_n resource.

  27.           _l_i_n_e_s     Specifies the number of lines of text to scroll. A
  28.                     positive value causes text to scroll upward; a
  29.                     negative value causes text to scroll downward.
  30.                     Note that the text will scroll only as long as one
  31.                     line of text remains visible in the window.

  33.                     If a navigator exists, this function uses the
  34.                     _X_m_Q_T_n_a_v_i_g_a_t_o_rtrait to update the vertical
